Yay, another WWW Wednesday! WWW Wednesday, a weekly meme hosted by Sam @ Taking on a World of Worlds!
All you have to do to enter is answer the three questions below:
- What are you currently reading?
- What did you recently finish reading?
- What do you think you’ll read next?
I’m slowly catching up on my NetGalley Arcs, and I’m so far really happy with everything I’ve read so far. The Fragile Ordinary still has my attention and I’ve been fitting in here and there in between books this week. I also started Furyborn! I’m about 30 pages in and so far pretty interesting!
- Save the Date by Morgan Watson (Check out my review here)
- Born a Crime: Stories from a South African Childhood by Trevor Noah
- Ruthless Magic by Megan Crewe
It was a good reading week, I seriously enjoyed all three books. Each matching the mood I was in perfectly. Save the Date was fun and fluffy and highly entertaining. I finished Trevor Noah’s Born a Crime over the weekend and words cannot express truly how I felt about this book. It was funny and candid, and I am just in awe of his mother. I hope to post the review shortly. Last night I just finished Ruthless Magic, a NetGalley ARC, and I couldn’t put it down. It was like The Magicians meets Hunger Games. Pretty cool the author, Megan Crewe, is also from Toronto! Review will also be posted shortly as it’s pub date is today!
What will I read next?
I picked up these two yesterday! I think I want to check out at least LifeL1k3 this week as I’ve been fangirling at all the early reviews.
I am also feeling contemporaries lately but I want to get out of the YA genre. I just think officially now that I’m married (to the best human being ever I might add), that 17-year old love is not appealing anymore. I have seen The Hating Game by Sally Thorne everywhere and I really want to check it out. Have you read this one? Any other Adult Romance/Contemporaries I should check out?
Thank you so much for stopping by this Wednesday!
